Dear Valued Patients,
We are pleased to advise our Practice is open again.
Due to continuing social distancing requirements our practice will operate with new procedures in place. The health and safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority.

Appointments and visitors will strictly be by appointment only.

Visitors to the practice are preferably limited to the patient only, an accompanying person is permitted if the patient is unable to attend on their own.

Patients and accompanying persons must be well, if you or any accompanying person are not feeling well in any way then the appointment will need to be rescheduled

Patients and accompanying persons will have their temperature taken and be asked to use hand sanitizer on entering the practice

Patients will be provided with an antiseptic mouthwash prior to proceeding with treatment
Appointments MUST BE RESCHEDULED if:

The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household has returned from overseas travel within the last 14 days
-
The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household feels unwell, including but not limited to symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath.

The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household has had any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household has tested positive for COVID-19
We are in the process of recalling patients to reschedule previously cancelled appointments and to also welcome our patients back for their regular dental check-ups.
