Dear Valued Patients,

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority.
 

• Appointments and visitors will strictly be by appointment only. 

• Visitors to the practice are preferably limited to the patient only, an accompanying person is permitted if the patient is unable to attend on their own.

• Patients and accompanying persons must be well, if you or any accompanying person are not feeling well in any way then the appointment will need to be rescheduled

• Patients and accompanying persons will be asked to use hand sanitizer on entering the practice

• Patients will be provided with an antiseptic mouthwash prior to proceeding with treatment

 
Appointments MUST BE RESCHEDULED if:

• The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household feels unwell, including but not limited to symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath.

• The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household has had any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

• The patient/accompanying person or anyone from their household has tested positive for COVID-19
